Douglas Worthen is one of North America’s most distinguished performers on modern and Baroque flutes, his 18th century instrument being a solid ivory flute by Potter, 1755. For Musica Omnia (with Ursula Duetschler) he has recorded works for flute and harpsichord by Boismortier.
