Musica Omnia pays tribute to the greatest of all composers, Johann Sebastian Bach, with a substantial number of releases devoted to the solo, chamber, orchestral and choral music. Music Omnia will explore the great choral repertoire of Bach with the leading period instrument/choral ensembles Publick Musick and the Boston Bach Ensemble. The first releases in this series includes the Christmas Oratorio, BWV 248 (MO 0101), the four Missae Breves, BWV 233-236 (MO 0203)and the first of a number of programs devoted to the greatest of the church cantatas, including BWV 140, "Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme" (MO 0204).
